Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@Iberay.shop to receive your return instructions and prepaid return label.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not have final sale items. All eligible products can be returned within the return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
